Hi, I'm Macy Connors! I am a Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach and owner of Sleepy Smiles LLC.
I am a mom of two under two, a certified child life specialist, and a certified pediatric sleep coach.
As a pediatric sleep coach, I am dedicated to helping children and their families establish healthy sleep habits. I utilize association fading which is an approach that is gentle, responsive, and tailored to the unique needs of each child.
Running on little sleep and caffeine does not have to be the "only way" to walk through parenthood. Let's work together to bring peaceful nights and well-rested smiles back into your home!

Association Fading is a gentle and responsive sleep training method that I utilize with my families. Each sleep plan is individualized to meet the unique and developmental needs for each family and child.
I focus on your child's natural sleep patterns while combining that with developmentally appropriate sleep factors. Want to stay present with your child in their room through this process? ABSOLUTELY! We encourage family bonds while utilizing and setting appropriate boundaries in order to help your child feel safe and comfortable while learning new sleep skills.
I will work side by side with you to create a developmentally appropriate sleep plan that you feel comfortable with. I am next to you each step of the way to provide guidance, listening ear, support, and encouragement!
