Hi! I'm Macy and I am so glad you are here!
Being a mom can be hard enough, it can be even harder with little sleep!
I have always had a deep passion for helping children and families strive and see that they can do hard things. With a background in child development and working as a child life specialist in a hospital setting, I worked to help children and families cope with difficult procedures and diagnoses.
Once I became a mom of two, I simply thought the only way through the sleep exhaustion and restless nights was caffeine and pushing through. After my second child, I was on the verge of burn out between work and running on little sleep all while trying to be the best, most present parent I could be. I took the step towards
learning about the science of sleep and the tools that I needed to get my rested nights back. I was finally able to have energy, a clear mind, and increased positive moods - I was present with my children and feeling more confident in motherhood!
My mission is to walk through every step with you while creating developmentally appropriate, personalized and unique sleep plans for your child! I strive to be a positive support and guide to you and your family so you can be the best, well-rested version of yourself as a parent and individual!
